Sharon works part-time as Commercial Director for the New Zealand Olympic Committee (NZOC) and is Chair of the New Zealand Dance Company.
Karl Johnstone

Karl is the founder-director of Haumi (NZ) Ltd, a specialist concept, creative and development business which initiates, designs and delivers projects of national and international significance both in New Zealand and throughout the world. Karl has worked in the cultural, heritage, arts and design sectors for over twenty years, including ten years at Te Papa, New Zealand’s National Museum, and a former member of the New Zealand Arts Council.
Mark Burlace

A recognised leader in the New Zealand Arts industry, Mark hails from the Hokianga and is currently the Deputy Executive Director for Melbourne Festival - Rising. Mark has previously held the positions of Head Technician, Head of Lighting and Technical Director for Assembly Theatre as part of the Edinburgh Festival, before in 2003 contributing to the establishment of the Auckland Arts Festival as the Associate Director, responsible for programming and operations.
Dr Wayne Ngata
Te Aitanga-a-Hauiti, Ngati Ira, Ngati Porou
A Board member of the Tertiary Education Commission and Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit, Dr Wayne has held a number of academic, management or governance roles. A practitioner, composer and expert in Māori literature, Haka and Mōteatea, Dr Ngata is a strong supporter of the revitalisation of Te Reo Māori and advocate for Māori art. Dr Ngata helped establish Māori Studies at the now EIT Tairawhiti and together with Te Aitanga a Hauiti, he has developed strong relationships with both national and international institutions in the areas of indigenous art knowledge.
