White Face Crew is a New Zealand performance group that capture hearts and imaginations alike.
Drawing from the diverse performance backgrounds of core members Justin Haiu, Tama Jarman and Jarod Rawiri, the White Face Crew create original works of physical theatre, clowning, dance and improvisation. Be prepared to expect the unexpected.
This intensive one-and-a-half-day workshop you’ll learn the fun and games that are behind the White Face Crew’s work and discover physical theatre, clowning and the art of spontaneous audience interaction in roving performance. You’ll come away with tricks of the trade to create unique physical comedy White Face Crew style.
White Face Crew want you in their crew!
Workshop participants will have the opportunity to join in pop-up improvised roving performances on Whānau Day in the Domain at Waihīrere, Sunday 10 October.
