A group of Te Tairāwhiti rangatahi explore climate change and environmental issues in our region through the lens of a camera.

Students of Whangara School shared their views on climate issues, mātauranga Māori and science with leading climate scientist Dr Daniel Hikuroa, then spent a week with professional photographers Te Rawhitiroa Bosch, Hiria Barbara and Natalie Robertson.

In this free exhibition, see the powerful statements and images taken from the point of view of our rangatahi sharing how deeply they view the impacts and challenges of climate change on our environment, as well as a selection of photos from Te Rawhitiroa, Hiria and Natalie.

By sharing ideas and working together we can cut global emissions, build towards zero by 2050, and create a better future.
